This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when visiting (the “Site”). This Site is operated by TTT Labs Ltd. (“TTT Labs”, “we”, “us” and/or “our) and has been created to provide information about the services (collectively, the Site, related services, and information are the “Services”) we provide to our Site visitors (“you”, “your”). On the Site, our Services are offered under the name “Amanda AI.”


When you use our Services, we may collect the following information:


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Non-Identifiable Data.” We collect Non-Identifiable Data using the following technologies:

When you make a purchase, attempt to make a purchase, contact us with inquiries, or register yourself to access our Services through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Personal Data.”


TTT Labs may use the Services to collect and use location information. This includes functionality such as providing Visitor registration services to companies in multiple locations (“Business Customers”). Within the scope of those Services, our Business Customers may submit to us data or information they possess about their visitors (“Visitor Data”) for hosting and processing purposes.



We use the Non-Identifiable Data that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


We use the Personal Data that we collect generally to complete any orders of our Services placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). If you provide Personal Data for a given reason, we may use the Personal Data you provide within the scope of the reason it was provided. Additionally, this may include the use of your Personal Data to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen orders of our Services for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe or wish to have your Personal Data deleted from our mailing list, please contact us as indicated below.


Business Customers may use Visitor Data in connection with Visitor registration services in an automated manner. We only use Visitor Data per the terms of our relevant agreement with our Business Customers, or as required by law.

When a Business Customer communicates with a Visitor, in some instances, Personal Data may be shared with such a Visitor. This Privacy Policy does not govern the use of Personal Data by a Visitor.


When “Personal Information” is referred to in this Privacy Policy, this includes Non-Identifiable Data, Personal Data, as well as Location and Other Information.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

TTT Labs is the data processors and not the data collector for Visitor Data. With regards to Visitor Data, the controller is the party whose business location the Visitor has visited to interact with the Services. Visitor Data that a visitor discloses to a Business Customer is governed by the terms of such Business Customer’s privacy policy, data policy, or other agreements which may be in place with such Business Customer.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Personal Data for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
